For example, this group could contain DNA that aligned uniquely to the genus Bacteroides, but not uniquely to any species with Bacteroides. The species shown here are the top 50 most abundant taxonomic groups overall plus the top 10 most abundant for each sample. Bar charts are available for Species, Genus, Family, Order, Class, and Phylum.
