Like other sites we tested, InboxDollars is a survey aggregator. So clicking on a survey opportunity typically redirects you to a third-party site. In most cases, I was led to a typical survey setup: starter questions about my age, gender and ZIP code, followed by either a disqualification or questions on a specific topic. A few survey topics I covered include McDonald’s, insurance and grocery stores.
Now, don’t get me wrong. There are people who do make a few thousand dollars or more a year with paid surveys. But that’s not the norm. If you do want to increase your earnings substantially, your best bet is to also join focus groups (we have a big list of ’em. Just do a quick search on Google for “moneypantry.com focus groups”). They pay much more between $50 to $400 or more per focus group secession.
Another good thing about Tellwut is that, you don’t have to wait for survey invites via emails. You can simply log into your account at any time and take available surveys. The surveys are very short and simple. While many of the surveys can be completed in under a minute, some can take up to 10 minutes. Also, you can create your own surveys on the site.

Fusion Cash is a legit GPT site. They have been existing since 2005, and have paid out over $3 million to their members. Mind Swarms has two type of surveys. In majority of the surveys, you’ll be asked 7 questions; while in a few others, you are asked only one question. To answer the survey, you read out the question, and you proceed to give your honest answer, while recording yourself. The 7 questions survey pays $50 per survey; while the one questions surveys pay $10. This makes Mind Swarms literally the highest paying survey site.
On many forums and review websites, the typical rating awarded to InboxDollars is a meager 2 out of 5 stars. The single biggest problem relating to the website is the incredibly long time taken before the first $30 payment can be attained. Though it is in fact legitimate, the website has been labeled by quite a number of former members as a “scam,” or “spamming” website. We disagree…
Apart from the surveys, you can earn points by completing some daily polls that you’ll find when you log into your account. These are quick polls that’ll earn you 5 points. There’s also a referral program that can earn you between 50 – 200 points for each referral you make. Lastly, there’s an incentive to be very active in the site in completing surveys. This is because at the end of every month, Branded Surveys rewards the top 100 active members with an additional 100 points.
It’s easy! You answer online surveys and short polls right from your computer or smartphone. InboxDollars then rewards you with your choice of free cash or gift cards for popular brands. It’s easy to get paid for sharing your opinions, and we’re one of the best survey sites out there. Our members earn cash, not points for surveys. Since 2000, we’ve paid over $56 Million in cash rewards to our members.
How it works: LifePoints is the survey platform of a company called Lightspeed, which is owned by Kantar (one of the world’s largest market research and consumer data analytics firms). The platform was formed as a merger of two of the company’s other products, MySurvey and Global Test Market, and gives users a variety of ways to earn points that can be redeemed for cash:
I signed up for InBox Dollars, which led to a rabbit hole of sweepstakes and surveys, all of which, had the same 30 questions repeated 2-3 times in a single survey, punctuated by attempts at selling magazine subscriptions. One survey had a couple of telling questions. “Do you believe Trump is the best President America has ever had?” “Do you believe Hillary Clinton should be convicted of a crime?” and “Is Fox your main source of news?” I started getting an ungodly amount of spam emails and I can’t even count the number of spam calls, that are now growing at a rate of about 18 per day. I can’t block them fast enough, though one number has called 21 times in the past 3 days. 11 of those tries were yesterday. Today they only called 5 times… I just started mass spam dumping from my inbox. I don’t even care what’s in the message. If it’s not something I know. DELETE DELETE DELETE! I received a Netspend card in the mail today. Wasn’t able to activate it though.
Not a “scam” in the sense of the word, but really not a way to earn any type of money. If you can find the companies that do the surveys and do them on your own with out sites like this you will make a substantially bigger amount of money. The “scam” is they take 90% (if not more, to be honest probably 99%) of the survey payout for themselves. Its the same for the “offers”, they will take the majority of the offer from the company, and give you a small percentage, And if that was not enough, they also take a percentage of your payout. This should be illegal as it is criminal to do this to people.
As InboxDollars connects advertisers and consumers in a mutually beneficial fashion, there are limitless cash-earning options via signing up for various offers and newsletters. For example, you can earn $0.25 and beyond by opting in for free samples, $3 reward if you sign up for Target Redcard and a whopping $20 just by signing up for the Fabletics membership.
Prizes include: $0.25 tokens (after your next successful survey completion, get an extra .25 credit in addition to the survey credit; 5 tokens maximum can be sitting in your account), $5.00, $1.00, and $0.05 cash bonuses credited immediately to your account, or Scratch Off Progress which will be credited immediately to your account; win and you'll see the Scratch Off progress bar will move forward towards the next scratch off card.
How it works: Vindale is one of the oldest, most well-known, and most highly-rated survey companies around (boasting an “A” rating from the BBB and a great Trustpilot score of 8.1). The only thing that keeps this site from ranking higher on my list is the minimum cashout amount, which is $50. It can take a good amount of time and dedication to hit that mark. Still, the company provides high-quality surveys with good payouts, which makes Vindale a great choice for users who plan on filling out surveys regularly but less attractive for those who are thinking about just dabbling.
Here’s my experience with InboxDollars. I was a member for over 5 years. I cancelled my membership about 3 years ago. Frank is right. They should’ve called themselves InboxPennies, and that’s exactly what it’s worth, pennies. I didn’t take a lot of surveys because you won’t qualify for many of them. I also didn’t do any of the trial offers because I don’t trust giving out my credit card info to these crooks, plus I was looking to make money, not spend it. But, I did all of the paid emails, and they amounted to about 3 or 4 cents per paid email. The minimum payout is $30. I made about $2 or $3 a month. Now you do the math on this one. I remember it taking about 12 months or longer to reach payout of $30! I even signed up a few referrals and never made anything; I guess they figured it wasn’t worth their time. InboxDollars should be shut down. Getting paid pennies is a direct insult to anyone’s intelligence. There are too many of these type companies that sucker you into believing you’ll make some decent money. Nobody’s trying to get rich, but at least a real part-time job will pay you about 200 bucks a week. We all have been bamboozled and hoodwinked.

You’ll get between 5 – 15 points for taking any of the simple surveys; you’ll get between 10 – 20 points for every survey you create that is accepted and hosted; an you’ll get between 25 – 2000 points for participating in an external survey. You can also earn some points by referring friends. For each friend, Tellwut will reward you with 25 points.
IOCS is a not-for-profit research organization that conducts studies and experiments on shopping-related behavior – things like how we, as consumers, evaluate products, how we make the buying decisions, etc. Although the focus is mostly on shopping related behavior, some of their experiments and studies include broader areas of marketing, psychology, and economics.

In addition to the free offers, there are “paid” offers, too. i.e. Buy a bouquet of flowers through an online florist, get $7.00 back in your InboxDollars account. Lots of similar cash back offers for subscription box services and eCommerce sites. If it’s something you were already interested in, it’s not bad. Otherwise, no point in spending (read: losing) money in order to make money.
Dear John, Please note that your account is credited as soon as your credit is sent by the offer provider. You mentioned that you have been completing offers on Mindspay and InboxPAYS so if you have completed the offer before with those sites then they will not credit again for the same offer. We do show your account has been credited for other offers so most likely if you are missing credits on InboxDollars than it was most likely due to being credited for the same offer on InboxPays or other site. Please note that our offers will credit as our terms state usually within 14 - 30 days. More information can be found here:http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms
InboxDollars is one of the worst programs. Unlike others, they have a very short “6-months of inactivity and we’ll close your account and keep your money” term. Plus, you earn next to nothing. I too stopped getting paid emails and tried to unsuccessfully qualify for surveys. As such, I mostly did the big-ticket things, like signing up for money back on donations to charities. I accrued $98 and log in monthly to avoid the “inactivity” thing. But, guess what? They just closed my account for not completing anything in six months. They don’t even hold up their own definition of “activity”. So, user beware–withdraw when you can, even though UNLIKE the other programs, they charge a 3% fee on what you’ve earned. Sketchy, sketchy, sketchy.
Once you have up to $8.00, you can request payment via PayPal. Another way you can get your reward is via Amazon gift cards, but for that you’ll need a minimum balance of $10.00. One of the best things about crowdology is that your rewards are delivered very fast. Most of the time,e – gift vouchers are delivered almost immediately, while PayPal payment is gotten even under 48 hours.
Not counting the profile survey, I attempted 38 surveys and qualified for seven of them. That’s an 18% success rate, which is on the low end among the 12 sites we tested. Most of the time, I’d immediately receive a disqualification notice with a link to a new survey opportunity. For a few surveys, I answered questions for a couple minutes before getting the boot.
You don't get any money until you've saved up to $30 in credit. I don't qualify for most surveys I try to do. Lottery scratch points tease $10, $25, or even the chance to win $100, but all I've ever won is a few cents. I wonder if it even is possible to win any dollar amount or if that's just a lie. At most I earn several cents a day. Definitely not worth the time.
Inboxdollars does not tell you this – you have to find it on your own. After uninstalling Firefox 54, and installing this version required, the issue with those partner ads still persist. I am still seeing the majority of ads as inboxdollars offers.. So I guess this means I will have the “feature” disabled again. Despite screenshots of the ads, showing them what I am seeing it is being blamed on some security setting, adblocker, or those plugins not being enabled. Rather than checking with their site, or the partner and checking their own ad rotations. When an ad starts to play sometimes it just vanishes and an inboxdolls offer pops up.
How it works: There are two ways to earn cash with Survey Savvy. The first is, as the name suggests, by completing surveys (which typically pay between $1 and $3 each). However, you can also make passive income with Savvy Connect, which is a lightweight and unobtrusive mobile app that runs in the background on your computer and/or mobile devices, collecting anonymous data to send back to the company. Savvy Connect users can earn $5 per month per device, just for keeping the app installed.

These methods are certainly less tiresome, monotonous and refreshing compared to just filling up random surveys all day. Some users (chiefly “premium” members) have mentioned how they received money from InboxDollars on referrals from offers. Additionally, some members have also stated how they earned a proportion of money from InboxDollars’s “qualified surveys” and other features.
As a member, you can play game from the dashboard and earn money simply for entertaining yourself. There are over 30 fun games featured which includes arcade games, word search, pool, chess, sudoku, and card games; and you can play on desktop or on the go with mobile devices. I have been using InBox Dollars for months. I earned my first $30 and cashed out. I referred my Wife and she signed up and started doing surveys. Once I reached $75 and she reached her first $30 we cashed out. The next day both of our accounts was suspended. How convenient. We spoke with a Live chat agent to explain that the accounts are separate but they didn’t care. They just hurried us off and ended the chat. Months of work all gone. INBOX DOLLARS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your time. They will use you for your services then find some reason to not pay you.

Why would you put InboxDollars on your list? They owe so many people money, including my $36.00. I will never get it, and I contacted them 3 different times. Each time I got the same answer, which did not work. Then, someone else from InboxDollars emailed me with the same information, that does not work, so I emailed back. Now they ignore me. I am on my 4th or 5th email with no answer. I think my next step is to report them.

I wanted to write a review for Inbox Dollars because at first it may seem like it's hard to ever make it to the 30 threshold but eventually you do; granted they don't offer a lot of high paying surveys but here's what I do like about them: so far every time I have an issue with a survey they always credit me, their customer service always answers without sending several emails that say the same thing over and over, they have other ways to make extra cash that are fun, innovative, and informative this is the site I seem to fall back on when I want to relax, take some surveys, play games, answer trivia, and search the web. What I'm saying is there isn't very many GPT sites that have Inbox Dollars dynamic.
Most of the surveys on Inboxdollars actually range up to $5.00 on surveys depending on the survey provider. Please note that InboxDollars works with Market Research companies (survey providers) who create, provide, manage and credit the surveys. InboxDollars does not make any requirements or qualifications for a survey. Each advertiser may be looking for a particular demographic to get the information they need for their services/products/etc so they will have qualification questions when this occurs. Our minimum requirement is $30.00 as a minimum and members can get there pretty quickly if they do a variety of activities on the site. We have some members who cash out once a month but again this is due to how often they are on and how much they do.
