Some "abiotic" (non-living) causes of plant disease
- Temperature Extremes
- Soil Moisture Extremes
- Reduced Oxygen Levels
- Natural Toxins
- Salt
- Soil Compaction
- Soil Nutrient Problems
- Pollutants
Some of these can cause plant injury (a sudden one time effect) or plant disease (a harmful alteration and continuation of the plants sturcture of physiology).
