° | Posting and REI requirements listed in an "Agricultural Use Requirements" section of a label only to applications made on farms, forestry, nursery, or greenhouse. For non-agricultural applications, use posting and REI requirements found elsewhere on the label. |
° | A lable that does not require posting or an REI may require that no one enter the treated area until the spray dries. In this case, you do not need to post the ATCP 29 sign. |
° | A posting statement will have similar wording as, "... notify workers of applications by warning them orally and by posting warning signs at entrances of treated areas." [Capture 1.15G] Most products that are dual notice are agricultural products; however, labels change all the time, so read the label of the product that you are using to assure that it does not have a REI or posting requirement for the purpose you are using it for. |
