This sign has to be at least 8.5 x 11 inches. WHO: The customer, the applicator, and the applicator's employer are jointly responsible for posting this sign. WHERE: At each normal point of access to the treated site. Within 300 feet of sensitive areas (residence, business) at 1/4-mile intervals along affected borders between the site and the sensitive area. WHEN: Before the application begins and leave them up at least until the REI expires. The ATCP 29 sign can stay as long as it is legible. |

This sign has to be at least 4 x 5 inches. WHO: The applicator is responsible for this one. WHERE: Post signs so that they are clearly visible from each point of entry into the treated landscape. The sign should be visible from roads, sidewalks, driveways, doorways, alleys, or adjacent yards. Do not need to be put where there is a barrier effectively preventing access, but then place at gate area. WHEN: Must remain for 72 hours after application. |

This sign has to be at least 12 x 12 inches with red on a white background. Use the appropriate sign for golf courses and cemeteries. This sign can be used instead of the landscape sign. WHO: The superintendents and cemetery grounds managers. WHERE: Golf Course - Post at or near the place where golfers register to play the course, and near the first tee of every 9 holes. Also post at every point on the course boundary at which the non-golfing public is permitted to enter the course by means of a road, sidewalk, path or other establishment thoroughfare. Cemeteries - Post signs at each established entrance to the cemetery. WHEN: Permanently. |
