RSCA HeadquarterIt is our goal to maintain a sense of community and continuously improve the quality of life in our neighborhood.
The Regent Square Civic Association (RSCA) serves all the residents, businesses, and property owners in Regent Square, a neighborhood comprised of sections of four municipalities: Edgewood, Pittsburgh, Swissvale and Wilkinsburg.
RSCA is a volunteer-led community association with a membership-elected Board of Directors.
We aim to increase community membership and participation in the RSCA, as these are integral ways for individuals and businesses to make a positive impact on their community.
With more than 70 thriving businesses and nearly 2,000 households, Regent Square is a great place to work, live, and play. With your RSCA membership, we can work together to make our community even better.
Become a member of RSCA! You’ll receive Perks from participating business members, as well as have the satisfaction of supporting your community organization!
Keep Regent Square litter-free by joining us at a Parkway Interchange Litter Clean-Up or pitch in at a tree planting or tree tending event through the Business District Tree Planting initiative.
Bring yourself and your children to the annual Easter Egg Hunt, or come make scarecrows with us at the Wilkins School Community Center‘s 2014 EcoFest In Early June.
Your financial contribution will help keep the lights twinkling each year through RSCA’s Business District Winter Tree Lighting initiative.
Contribute an article to the bimonthly RSCA Newsletter or join us on the first Tuesday of each month at a RSCA Board of Directors meeting.
Got something else in mind? We are always open to ideas. Join us at a Board of Directors meeting or send us a line; we can’t wait to hear from you!
In 2007, RSCA started the Business District Tree Lighting as a new neighborhood initiative to mark the winter season.
This initiative of Regent Square Civics Association monitors developments on the brand new Parkway East Improvement Project.
RSCA participates in PennDOT’s Adopt-A-Highway program to help in maintaining one of the main gateways into our neighborhood.
The RSCA Tree Committee is currently working towards a mass replanting of dead and ailing trees and a planting of additional trees.
