An updated Menu App to help you increase the longevity of your Mac
Our team has been working on a major update that aims to help you—our users—ensure your Mac is always safe, reliable, and performs at full capacity. With this in mind, we have rethought CleanMyMac’s Menu and expanded its functionality.
Brand New
CPU. Aside from keeping an eye on the CPU load, you can now see the top-consuming apps, the system uptime and watch out for unusual activity spikes.
Memory. Understand what’s really happening with your RAM: how much is available, what apps gobble it up, and how to free it up quickly.
Storage. Keep track of the available storage, the temperature, and the condition of the drive to ensure it maintains its total capacity.
Battery. Watch over the number of charge cycles, the overall health of your battery, and how much time it takes to get fully charged.
Protection. Сheck how well your Mac is protected, what monitors are on, and when the malware database was updated last.
P.S. Coming soon
We haven’t forgotten about the Network Monitor and Connected Devices. Our team needs a bit more time for the finishing touches. These features will be available in the next release, so stay tuned.
Sometimes, to grow, we have to let things go
With this release, we also stop supporting CleanMyMac X on macOS 10.10 and 10.11. We do it to deliver you only the best and fastest software, which, unfortunately, is not feasible with these systems.
The previous version of CleanMyMac X would still be functioning on macOS 10.10 and 10.11, but it won’t be possible to update it.
