Level Maker — Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
This page contains two documents for the Level Maker mobile game (the “Game”): the Terms of Service (the agreement for using the Game) and the Privacy Policy (how we handle your information). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to both. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
Part A — Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and KREAL GAMES LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), the developer of Level Maker (the “Game,” the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not download, access, or use the Game.
1. Who can use Level Maker
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Game.
- If you are under that age, you may only use the Game with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and only where permitted by law. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle children’s data.
- If you use the Game on behalf of a minor as a parent/guardian, you accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for their use.
2. Your account
- Some features (such as publishing levels, posting comments, and adding in-level text or drawings) require you to sign in, currently via Google Sign-In.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Don’t share your account or impersonate anyone.
- One person, one account, unless we say otherwise. Creating alternate accounts to evade a ban or restriction is prohibited.
3. User content and your license to us
The Game lets you create and share content — including levels, comments, in-level message/text blocks, freehand drawings, usernames, profile details, avatars, and links (“User Content”).
- You keep ownership of your User Content.
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and make available your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Game (for example, showing your published levels to other players). This license lasts as long as your content is on the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for backups and legal compliance.
- You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone else’s rights.
4. Rules of conduct (Acceptable Use)
You agree not to create, upload, publish, or share content, or behave, in ways that are:
- Illegal, or that facilitate illegal activity.
- Sexual content involving minors, or the sexualization of minors, in any form. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported (see Section 6).
- Grooming, solicitation, or predatory behavior toward any user, especially minors.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech targeting people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, or any protected characteristic.
- Doxxing — sharing someone’s private or personal information without consent.
- Sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise obscene material.
- Spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive content.
- Infringing someone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Impersonation of us, our staff/moderators, or any other person.
- Malware, exploits, cheating, or attempts to hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Game or its servers.
- Circumvention of moderation, bans, blocks, or other restrictions.
We may add to or clarify these rules over time.
5. Reporting abuse
If you see content or behavior that violates these Terms, please report it to krealgamesllc@gmail.com (or via the in-app report/block tools where available) with as much detail as possible. Do not download, save, or re-share suspected child sexual abuse material — just report it to us and, if appropriate, to authorities.
6. Moderation and enforcement
- We are not obligated to pre-screen User Content, but we may review, moderate, and act on it at our discretion.
- We may, with or without notice and at our sole discretion, take actions including: removing or hiding content; muting an account (blocking commenting, messages, and drawing); temporarily or permanently banning an account; blocking IP addresses or devices; deleting content; and terminating access.
- Child safety: If we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or the exploitation of a minor, we will preserve the material as required by law, report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement, and cooperate with investigations. We may disclose account information (such as user ID, IP address, and email) to authorities as permitted or required by law.
- Enforcement decisions are ours to make. We may be unable to explain the specific reason for an action, and repeated or severe violations can result in a permanent ban.
7. Copyright / intellectual-property complaints
If you believe content on the Game infringes your copyright, email krealgamesllc@gmail.com with: (a) identification of the work; (b) the content you’re complaining about and where it is; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you’re authorized to act. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
8. Ads and purchases
- The Game is free to download and is supported by advertising served through third-party ad networks (see the Privacy Policy).
- If we make optional in-app purchases available, they are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable; contact the relevant store for refund requests.
9. Our intellectual property
The Game itself — its code, artwork, characters, name, logos, and design (excluding your User Content) — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, sell, or exploit the Game or its assets except as expressly allowed.
10. Disclaimers
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that User Content is accurate or appropriate. You interact with other users at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Game — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Game is limited to the maximum extent allowed, and where the law permits a monetary cap, that cap is US $0, reflecting that the Game is provided to you free of charge. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Game, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., content license for backups, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, disputes) survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the Game. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Part B — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how KREAL GAMES LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use Level Maker. By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
1. Who we are
The Game is operated by KREAL GAMES LLC. Contact: krealgamesllc@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
a) Information you provide
- Account/sign-in: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and a basic account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
- Content you create: levels you build and publish, comments, in-level message text, freehand drawings, your username, avatar, profile “about,” and any links (e.g., a YouTube channel) you add.
- Communications: anything you send us (e.g., support or abuse reports).
b) Information collected automatically
- Device & technical data: a device identifier, device/OS type and version (e.g., iOS/Android), app version, language, and similar technical details.
- IP address, collected when your device connects to our servers.
- Usage data: in-game actions, levels played/created, and diagnostic/crash data.
- Advertising identifiers and related data collected by our ad partners (see Section 6).
We assign each installation a user ID used to operate your account and content.
3. How we use information
- Operate and provide the Game — accounts, publishing, comments, profiles, friends, and syncing your levels.
- Safety and moderation — detect, review, and act on rule-breaking content or behavior (including muting, banning, blocking IPs/devices, and removing content), and to enforce our Terms of Service.
- Show advertising and measure its performance (see Section 6).
- Analytics and improvement — understand how the Game is used and fix problems.
- Communicate with you about support, safety, or important changes.
- Comply with law — respond to legal requests and meet legal obligations, including child-safety reporting (see Section 7).
For users in the EU/UK, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (to run the Game), our legitimate interests (safety, security, analytics, and running an ad-supported service), consent (for personalized ads where required), and legal obligation.
4. Where your data is processed
The Game’s servers are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. If you use the Game from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers / infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (hosting/storage).
- Sign-in: Google (Google Sign-In).
- Analytics: Google Firebase.
- Advertising partners: Google AdMob, ironSource, AppLovin, and Unity Ads (ironSource is used to mediate ads across these networks). See Section 6.
- Other players: content you publish (levels, comments, username, profile, avatar) is visible to other users of the Game by design.
- Legal & safety: law enforcement, regulators, or organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where we believe it’s required by law or necessary to protect users, especially minors (see Section 7).
- Business transfers: if the Game is sold or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that deal.
Each advertising and analytics partner handles data under its own privacy policy.
6. Advertising and tracking
The Game is free and supported by ads from third-party networks. These partners may collect and use device/advertising identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve and measure ads, and may use this for personalized advertising.
- Your controls: You can limit ad tracking in your device settings — on iOS via App Tracking Transparency and “Allow Apps to Request to Track”; on Android via “Delete/Reset advertising ID” and opt-out settings.
- Children: We restrict advertising to be non-personalized (contextual only) for users we know or treat as children (see Section 7).
7. Children’s privacy
- The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, as required by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.
- If you are under 13 (or under the age of digital consent where you live), please do not use the Game or provide personal information without a parent or guardian’s involvement and consent.
- Parents/guardians: If you believe your child has provided us personal information without your consent, contact us at krealgamesllc@gmail.com and we will delete it and, where feasible, the associated account.
- For users we treat as children, we limit data collection to what’s necessary to run the Game and require non-personalized (contextual) advertising rather than behavioral/targeted ads.
8. Data retention
- We keep your account, content, and technical data for as long as your account is active or as needed to run the Game.
- Content or accounts removed through moderation may be deleted permanently (for example, banned users’ comments), while some records (such as a ban record or an IP block) may be retained to enforce restrictions and prevent evasion.
- We may retain limited information longer where required for legal, safety, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact krealgamesllc@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some data may be retained as allowed by law (e.g., for safety or legal reasons).
- EU/UK (GDPR): you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell your personal information; you may request access or deletion as above.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the Game where appropriate. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
