Release 7.4.1
9/23/10
•Cannot show alternate meeting patterns when assigning rooms in optimizer or production sections.
•Assigning rooms to specific section meeting dates (section meeting instances) has no effect when editing a section from a sandbox. Only the room assigned to the first instance will be used as the Section Meeting room.
•Individual room preferences are not considered or available in the interactive ad hoc scheduler
•Event Workflow Messaging: Default event workflow is not currently sending change notifications for rooms and resources with approvers and/or notification persons configured.
•Due to the implementation of the new customizable workflow processes, outstanding event/resource requests do not convert to 7.4+. Requests must be processed before conversion.
•Browser Support: The Calendar functions are not currently compatible with Safari. We are investigating options for an update to the Calendar control that will support Safari in a coming release.
•The event request preview from the request list page does not render properly in IE8 on an Oracle database unless running the Compatibility View feature in IE8. (In IE, click Tools, then click Compatibility View)
•Keep with same room preference is not enforced when using the interactive ad hoc scheduler
•Holiday Section Conflicts: Section meeting instances are cancelled and flagged as exceptions upon section creation. However, at this time, holiday configuration actions that should impact existing section records will not perform this work. Holidays that block section meetings must be created before sections are created.
•Due to the implementation of the new Sandbox for optimizer processes, existing optimizer runs will not convert to version 7.4+.
•People records cannot currently be searched via email address.
•Portal configuration data does not upgrade from 7.3.x to 7.4. Portal web part configuration information is saved in a Microsoft proprietary format. There were changes to our web part support in 7.4 (Calendar and My Event options were removed) that invalidate the existing saved data.
•Reports to be included in a report subscription may not include sub‑reports in their design.
•"Guest" user account must be mapped to the "guest" role.
•After importing events via the Excel import utility, customer data must be re‑exported to ObjAcct before users can effectively access Events and Customer related functionality.
•Once a Real-time Differencer job is started, it can only be stopped by marking it inactive and restarting the task agent service.
•ATE Configuration files need to be manually upgraded for ATE 2.0 (7.4.1)
•The Task Agent should be installed on the same server machine as the web server. If they are installed on separate machines, manual synchronization of files will have to be done. Specifically, the following directories from the <instance dir>/Files folder will have to be manually synchronized:
•ATEConfiguration
•Hover
•Reports
•Workflows
•Logs (in order to be able to view the logs from the ATE Job setup form.
•When installing a Task Agent, the instance name MUST match exactly to the web application’s instance name or the above error will occur on the same server instance.
•The application user help is not yet context sensitive.
