Paleo Diet Food List Pt1 Hello Everyone! I thought a sensible way to start off on today's topic is usually to talk about the paleo diet food list. I guess you most likely want to know what types of foods more specifically you will be able to eat on the diet. Now even as we talked about before there are many foods you would like to stay away from as well. We will talk about them later. Now let's start with what we will be eating inside our recipes. As I stated before we're looking at foods that may either be hunted, fished, and gathered. Lean meats including sirloin steak, lean ground beef, london broil, lean pork loin and chops, at the same time as veal and then any other lean cut of meat. Now I would recommend sticking with grass-fed beef. There any many markets carrying grass-fed beef now and you need to be able to find it.The biggest reason may be the omega 3's present in grass-fed beef. Also look at bison as well and ask you butcher when the grass-fed beef and bison are totally grass-fed or is it grain fed finished. Lean poultry that's white meat and skinned removed, game meats, and thus many different types of fish and shellfish may also be great causes of meat within your paleo diet food list. Fruits and vegetables really are a fun part as there are so many of them and thus many colors. The more colorful your plate the harder nutrient packed your meal is. Try various kinds and test out them. Lets look at a listing of encouraged fruit and veggies: Grapefriut, Pear, Starfruit, Blackberries, Blueberries, Pomegranate, Cassava melon, Cherries, Cranberries, Figs, Apple, Grapes, Honeydew, Kiwi, Lemon, Lime, Rhubarb, Mango, Nectarine, Orange, Papaya, Passion fruit, Peaches, Avocado, Watermelon, Pineapple, Plums, Cantaloupe, Raspberries, Lychee, Banana, Strawberries, Tangerine, Persimmon, All other fruits Bell Pepper,Parsnips, Beet stalks, Beets, Artichokes, Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Lettuce, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Collards, Cucumber, Eggplant, EndiveGreen onions, Kale, Kohlrabi, Cabbage, Mushrooms, Mustard greens, Onions, Parsley, Asparagus, Peppers, Pumpkin, Radish, Rutabaga, Seaweed, Spinach, Squash, Swiss chard, Tomatillos, Tomato, Turnip greens, Turnips, and Watercress. Look at all of the great things just within the fruits and vegetable section of the paleo diet food list. How can you ever get bored. The next section of the food list will be the nuts and seed. I like it because they can add so much flavor and several different textures for your food with just a number of added. Here is a listing of a few that I love: Almonds, Brazil nuts, Cashews, Chestnuts, Hazelnuts, Macadamia nuts, Pecans, Pine nuts, Pistachios (unsalted), Pumpkin seeds, Sesame seeds, Sunflower seeds, and Walnuts. Nuts and seeds can be a good way to obtain protein at the same time as meats.
