Orange Almond Cookies Makes 24 cookies Ingredients 1 ?? cups almond flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt ?? teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 16 tablespoons coconut oil, softened 2 cups palm sugar 2 large eggs 3 cups almond meal 2 tablespoons orange zest, fresh and grated 1 cup toasted almonds, chopped Preparation 1. Adjust the oven racks towards the upper-middle and lower-middle positions as well as heat the oven to 325?? F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Spicy Jalapeno Almond Meal Bread Serves 6 Ingredients 1 1/2 cups almond flour1 cup almond meal2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon baking soda1 cup coconut milk1 teaspoon lemon juice1/4 cup almonds, chopped2 tablespoons palm sugar4 large eggs8 tablespoons coconut oil, meltedand cooled1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced1/4 teaspoon cayennecoconut oil for greasing pan Preparation1. Adjust an oven rack for the middle position and heat the oven to 400?? F. Greasean 8-inch square baking pan.2.
