Boxing Shoes - The Importance of Ventilation by Dave Toub There are lots of attributes that boxing shoes require in order to make sure the person wearing them has the capacity to be confident and comfortable when using them during a workout or boxing session. These include such things as being transportable, proper support, and non-slip soles. However, probably the most important features that these shoes will need to have is ventilation. It might not exactly seem to the untrained person that ventilation is that big of your deal when exercising, however, if you think logically about it, you will easily start to understand the reasoning behind it. Starting with comfort, once you realize precisely how hot your feet can become during a strenuous workout, you'll want to be sure that overheated feet are something you no longer need to worry about. This will eventually go the rest of your body and, before very long, you will be completely overheated and want to take some slack. Something else to consider is that if feet cannot breathe properly plus they become overheated, they will also begin to sweat. As they sweat, it is just reasonable that you may start to slip and slide inside your shoes. While your boxing shoes might have plenty of traction about the soles of them, INSIDE of your shoes will probably be wet and may just as easily make you slip. Slipping will put you off your rhythm. In order in order to avoid any of these pitfalls, you need to be sure to buy shoes that have a good amount of ventilation for feet. You will probably be able to spot this easily enough. Properly ventilated shoes will have little mesh windows surrounding all sides of each shoe. These allow you to breathe and remain cool throughout your workout sessions. If you are not convinced, try an unventilated shoe with one that's fully ventilated and compare the gap after training session. The difference is pretty clear. Dave Toub can be a strong believer in excellent boxing shoes.
