Environmental Precautions > Nontarget Plants and Animals
We learned in previous chapters that 2,4-D can be effective on creeping Charlie. If you were to apply it here which plants would be most venerable?

Correct!
The flag is an indication that the wind is blowing from right to left. This wind has a large potential to blow the herbicide onto the perennial bed. Chances are, you will get some damage on the desired perennial bed.

Also, and a little bit harder to know, is that the product that would be labeled to control creeping Charlie in a lawn, would most likely have a limited impact on the lawn, but be damaging to other broadleaves.
