Dr. Méré Tari Sovick

My work as an International Business researcher is primarily concerned with understanding how we can improve and employ effective strategies and systems in place to boost entrepreneurship - to support and inspire entrepreneurs to enhance their leadership skills, increase capacity to expand their small businesses, start new businesses, and explore entrepreneurial options. I attend to both what is necessary on the part of social entrepreneurship and how entrepreneurs can impact the society at large and be supported to develop such forms of practice and on an academic approach. Social implications include the potential to serve as a guide that encourages female entrepreneurs to enhance their professional practices and to adopt new business strategies to make better strategic decisions.
