BUILDING HIGH IMPACT COMPANIES
Nazca creates a small portion of its own deal flow through a strategy known as Venture Building. Valuations are at a record high and to balance the current “unbalanced premium” we create internally high impact companies with majority ownership and partner with highly experienced co-founders to launch them into the market.
We pull business ideas from within our own network of resources and assign internal teams to develop them (engineers, advisors, business developers, sales managers, etc.). We develop systems, models, and projects at once and then we create separate companies around the most promising ones by assigning operational resources and capital. In its most basic form, a venture-building company is a holding company that owns equity in the various corporate entities it helps create.
Creze is a Latin American start up, founded in 2015, offering loans online to small and mid-size businesses in Mexico. Creze combines a data and technology platform with premier commercial partnerships and risk management. It provides unsecured loans to Mexican companies seeking to grow and improve their working capital management. They generate their interest rates using their own algorithms that analyze more than 50 data sources; once the data is obtained they use different parameters to examine the company profile. Once this process has been completed, a score credit is created to indicate the level of risk that the company has.
