Bill Recurring: AIA Subscription Customer Flow

A customer locates an item they are interested in subscribing to on the Amazon web site through product search, product recommendation, or a direct product link.

When the customer selects the quantity they want to purchase and clicks on "Get Started", the customer is provided with a order review screen.

After purchase succeeds, the customer is then presented with a success page on the Amazon web site. They can manage their subscription by clicking the "Assign Licenses" or "Manage Subscriptions".

In the "Licenses" section in the "Your Games and Software Library" page, the customer can decide if they want to assign a license to someone via email or one click "assign to me".

After a license is assigned, the customer will be redirected to the account linking page where they are prompted to link an existing third party account to their Amazon account.

If the customer does not have an account, they can create a new one through your registration page when the customer clicks on "Create and link new account". Customer Flow

When the activation succeeds, the item is fulfilled to the customer and the customer is redirected to the "Licenses" section of the "Your game and Software Library" page. The customer can also manage their linked third party accounts on the "Linked Accounts" section, or directly manage their subscriptions on the "Subscriptions" section.
